The Dream Weavers
Synopsis
The film "The Dream Weavers" takes a look at the "Psagot" school in Migdal Haemek in the north of Israel. The school is enclosed by a fence, two meters high, affording protection for, and perhaps from, the boys within. The border between loss and success often depends on one small initiative, the simplest of things - guidance, a small push, a hug, caring... and sometimes merely a thread and a needle.
The story takes place in the school's bridal salon, from the creation of this particular course of study to its completion. It is also, in fact, the last year they will spend in this nurturing environment; in the last school that was willing to deal with them.
The film captures a year in the life of the school and tells a human story about love, dreams, disappointment, jealousy and sorrow.
